XX Company, the largest meat processing enterprise in China. Products are high temperature meat products, low and medium temperature meat products. XX Group high-temperature meat product production line is all designed according to HACCP certification standard. According to the requirements of modern food processing, the production area is completely isolated from the auxiliary production area. The whole health management system has reached the international advanced level. Before entering the workshop, the personnel must take a shower, change clothes for the second time, wash hands and disinfect in the corridor of the workshop. The five step disinfection method is used to enter the workshop for air shower disinfection again, and finally enter the production site after foot disinfection. Up to now, XX Group has 13 high temperature processing plants.
